Bad customer service workers in there have a bad attitude waited in the store 20 min for them to tell me size not available and then another 20 to come back with the half size at the register

I truly don't understand all of the 1 star reviews. I also was a raffle winner. I was supposed to arrive 930-1030. I arrived at 910am. Staff allowed me entry. They were super friendly and welcoming. Maria even called the day prior to pickup to remind me. I have won raffles at the Worcester and Lawrence locations. No complaints about those locations but this location was far friendlier. As far as dirty.... the plaza and parking lot of that whole shopping center is filthy. The store however was extremely clean.

Decent sneaker shop but need more variety and sizes. Cash and debit only. no credit cards.

There customers service is HORRIBLE. No hi nothing waited around to get help no one came to help went to the register and the jerk at the register said WHAT YOU WANT. So I walk back to the shoes a lady came, I asked for the shoes the woman said we don't have them without even checking. Went up the street they told me they didn't have them to go back to roslindale because the computer said they have 4 pairs. I'm good guess they don't want to work or bring money to the company.
