Called to inquire about a wig today on 8/6/22. The young woman who answered the phone asked how can she help me and when i explained the wig I was looking for, I gave the brand of the company as well as the name she then passed the phone over to another young lady who was hysterically laughing to the point she couldn’t get her words out. Repeatedly asking me what the name of the was called to keep laughing after I respectfully kept explaining was so extremely absurd to me. I find it so unprofessional and disgusting. I only have these issues with BSW hair stores it’s unbelievable. It’s like they are hiring anyone! These young woman aren’t familiar with any products let alone know anything about professionalism. I will continue shopping at HAIR STOP in Hyde park the girls are so accommodating, respectful and professional. It just so happened that I was at the Hyde park store and they was out of the wig I wanted so I reached out to BSW in Roslindale. Just a month ago I had a bad experience at the BSW IN MATTAPAN SQ. Wow employers please know who you’re hiring customer service is everything.

this beauty store is HUGE!!!! they have just about everything. i was able to find a bigger size of a shampoo i’ve been purchasing the smaller version of. saving coins is always nice. the store is pretty easy to navigate. i do wish they had “aisle labels “ maybe that’s something they’re planning for in the future. besides that it was pretty clean and organized. i also wish they had a shopping cart that would fit kids, since i was shopping with my sleepy son. the cashier danny is really cool and gave me tons of beauty tips. thank you so much. i’ll be going back soon.

Would not honor incorrect information told to me from 3 employees about a sale sign posted above the incorrect hair. I have sent an email to the one provided to me by the unempatic, poor business practicing manger shawn.. will be making phone calls on Monday to my news channel, The Banner and the BBB... Never again will a step foot in this chain here or in Ga..

The clerk was EXTREMELY RUDE to me. She's always rude but today was on another level. Said I was digging in their stock, that I hadn't laid 1 finger on.. check your tape. I will NEVER be back and I spend a couple hundred dollars in there every month. Ask the wig girl Karen who she is. She is always nasty. I won't spend another penny in there.
