Wouldn’t send a dog here. The long term care unit is the worst. We made a big mistake in sending my 89 year old dad with dementia. Medical care is poor , staff on units disappear and eat patients food. ‘Management not professional . Rehab dept on long term care will pass the buck and discharge your loved one immediately . I witnessed staff refusing to transfer my father who had bed sores back to bed , after sitting up several hours ignoring signs , doctors orders that said he needed to be up for 1 hour only . Staff replacing food on his tray and keeping the “” good stuff for themselves “ incompetent medical care on LTC. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because a few staff stood out , but majority need to reconsider their career choices. Complaints while dad was there , never properly addressed. Keep your loved one at home.

To Berger 4. I can’t say enough about the staff. Twyla and all her staff were the best. Took awesome care of my mom [Nancy Jackson] and made us all feel like family. I would tell people my mom was in the best nursing home anyone could ask for. Will miss everyone 🥰 Andrea Stockard

Awesome staff, truly amazing staff no matter who you run in to always greeted with a friendly warm reception no matter the time of day. They take great care and pride in what and how they care for our family members. Highly recommend.

Superlative care over the several weeks I was there. They worked hard to coordinate my dietary preferences with kosher menu.
