I just bought an X3 and need a transponder for NC Quick Pass. An external transponder is required by the city. However, this car don't have a front license plate mounting bracket to mount it. Any suggestions on how to solve this? Thank you very much

Very few vehicles need an external transponder as there are no tolls in the city per se. I would try either the hard case transponder if you travel on the east coast and use other tolls or just get the free sticker transponder and try it out.
