The night crew is the worst and their General manager Sarah is the worst GM I've ever seen. She doesn't care about the customers satisfaction and her two boys literally run a muck unattended back and forth in the lobby and behind the line while she is working. I've NEVER seen anything like this it's horrible and the children are so BAD. I spend 200$ a month at their location and I'm gonna stop entirely bc she refuses to address serious complaints and problems just like the vape issue.
Umm yea I'd be on the phone with the higher ups and code violations.. Look into it further
This location has had poor management for several months now. The best I can reccomend is writing to the higher ups who own the south Portland franchise
Vaping is considered smoking so that shouldn't happen, and the dirty talk shouldn't happen. It's all on the management, end of story bad managers let bad employees do stupid things .
Yeah they should not be vaping near food or talking loud enough for customers to hear complain to management
Haven't been there lately, but as a parent I would contact the owner to report that as well as the bad behavior. Sometimes the managers don't care, but owners would.

I was there tonight. Spent 30+ minutes waiting in the drive thru. The burger was good enough, but the fries were cold and they forgot my drink.
The only place that has WiFi that is usable. 🥰
