Literally couldnt give me one more day to pay the outrageous plan premium and now Ive lost my health insurance coverage... Im Type 1 diabetic and now I dont know what Im gonna do for insulin... Customer support was absolute ZERO help to me, if I end up in the hospital its on you Anthem!. Bunch of heartless a$$holes. Dont ever get health insurnace here.

Absolutely useles , literally every single time I've called for a month, I've gotten up to an agent and as soon as I begin to talk, they hang up on me, doesn't matter the department I call, the time, whether I tell them I'm a current member, health provider, or anything to just try and talk to a human. Just answer your dang phones!!! And honestly feels like the only good reviews on this company are from people who work for them trying to boost their numbers

I switched insurance companies due to terrible customer service. Emails go unanswered, hold times to speak to a representative can be hours long, getting through the maze of call transfers and automated messaging is a nightmare, and online functionality is poor. If you have any other option . . take it.

No one answers the phone! I lost my card and need a new one. Everywhere on the site requires info ON THE CARD for replacement!!!!

They are rolling out in phases. Right now they just opened up for patients 70+ in Maine.
I don't know how much it is but I know that it is pretty good insurance
