This CVS is horrible! It took my Doctor 2 days to get through to call in an emergency prescription only to have it not be done 3 days later! I called multiple times only to have someone pick up after 30 minutes and sit the phone down for another 25 minutes and then send it to voicemail. I finally took an Uber there waited on line for 20 minutes and had to wait another 45 for the pharmacist to fill the prescription . I was in tears and they did not seem to care. It’s just a paycheck to them! CVS PHARMACY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

What are the next steps to do to get this place shut down? The service is absolutely horrible! I get a text message that meds are ready, to get there and there’s no meds. They always give me the wrong meds when I come. People just standing around looking crazy at you like you’re the bad guy! They never ever pick up the phone! It’s just sad. They have wasted my time countless of times! Im done with this place!

Pharmacy is the worst. Long lines, terrible customer service, and apparently the automated system that notifies you when your prescription is ready for pickup is wrong. Great to find out after you’ve made the trek over to pick up urgently needed medication.

This is what I imagine a pharmacy in a Central American dictatorship is like. During a war. The place is a total mess. Boxes everywhere. Things on the ground. The staff seem shell shocked and are effectively useless if not hostile. Nobody seems to know what to do, where to go so they just stand around. If you have a prescription to pick up give yourself 30 minutes. Seriously. You’ll see the line snaking down one of the aisles. I have no idea why it takes this long to pickup a prescription but it always does. I’ve gone in the morning, afternoon and just before closing. Doesn’t make a difference. And instead of putting up a sign telling people which aisle to wait in everyone chooses a different one leading to arguments about whose turn it is. Hard to imagine a worse run business
