I have son who is schedule today for surgery, he is a marine, me and my husband want to visit him this friday bit we dont have a military id, will they allow us to enter the hospital?

you cannot enter a military hospiital without an ID. It is still a military base and requires an ID for access. You can be added to a temporary access list by calling security and providing some information.
