The barracks don't like to receive mail for it's residents. Send mail to: "Sons name" c/o NMCP 620 John Paul Jones Cir, Portsmouth,VA Your son will need to go to the mail room in bldg 3 to receive it. You're milage may vary. I didnt have the best experience getting mail from my family that way. Several letters got returned to sender. If he has a friend who lives off base who he trusts to receive his mail, that would be better.
