All that is required is a valid ID and the VIN number from the vehicle in question. I have brought bikes with both clean titles and no title at all. You can purchase a day pass for $20, or a yearly for $80.
No, unfortunatly you need a bill of sale from a dealer or a clean title to get a sticker to bring the bike into the park and ride it
You are allowed to bring ATVs or quad to the park with just a bill of sale. The park and the Rangers recognize not everybody has a title to the quads ATVs so they do allow a bill of sale as proof. My brother did and we didn't have no problem. In fact they don't even ask for any information at all, but just in case bring a bill of sale. You didn't hear from me but you just make one up
