So far, the service that I've received from the team at Facory Select Homes has been excellent. From Angel, my sales representative and Joel the manager, to Jey the coordinator, they all have been patient, courteous and have worked hard to get me the home I'm focused on.

Was told there were plenty of 3 bedroom skylines that can be made into 4 bedrooms to view. Drove an hour and a half to factory select homes just to find out we were lied to. They didn’t have any to view. I’d leave no stars if I could.

The customer service here is amazing! Walking in I thought I was just going to view a few models, and the next thing I know I’m writing a contract!! Holy cow! Working with Melissa was just so easy and low pressure that I felt I was chatting with a friend! She was so patient and provided so much information that I knew I was making the right choice. She introduced me to Gina, the sales manager, and she was equally as friendly and inviting. Can’t wait to see my new home :)

We haven't purchased a home yet but my husband and I do intend to this year and we plan to go through this company! In our visit we were blessed with the pleasure of having John show us around. He was informative and answered all questions we had and was really helpful in bringing focus to what my husband and I were really needing when it came to a home.
