Does anyone know how I can get in contact with the owners of the flea market I wanted to inform them on manager Pete and all this corrupt antics out at the flea market and the cover up by Shawn in the main office.

What "antics" are of concern to you? If there is corruption going on — here or anywhere else — you could make a report to the Orange County District Attorney's office for investigation. Especially if it involves human trafficking or other unlawful activity. But they're not going to be sympathetic about your request for a refund based on your dislike of the spot you were assigned.
