I bought a custom roller shade several years ago. I was told then that if it broke they will fix it or replace it. Is this still true?It has come off the roller and will not rewind.

Yes, the blinds and shades you buy from us are covered under a lifetime warranty so if there are ever any issues with the roller and/or it will not work properly we will repair it free of charge. Repairs take 2 - 3 days to be completed.

Yes you can bring it in for a repair it will take 2 to 3 days to be ready for a pick up see you when you bring it in
