Not a fan of their clothes - too expensive and bland. However the shoe aisles are worth browsing at times. Very Convenient that they have an Amazon Drop-Off section, dont even have to repackage or label items!

I bought a ring and it had a hard plastic piece on it along with a very tight zip tie that was impossible to get off! I managed to finally get it off but of course it bent the entire ring! Tried to return it and/or exchange it and the store refused! I spend lots of money here! Never again!

So I returned a gift for my daughter and didn't have a receipt only got back $15. Needless to say I walk in to the 4 hens talking about people including myself returning things without a receipt. Seriously it's only $15 sorry if it comes out of your check.

I loved my recent experience. My cashier an older woman was so sweet. I just came in for a big ole bath towel and she commented how warm that it was going to be and how huge it was. I just love that she got just as enthusiastic about it that I did thinking about it. I love the towels. They are worth the money you pay. There were no lines as people always seem to say there are. I guess it depends on when you go.
