We had our roof and siding done 2 years after having our addition added to the house. Reliable did such an amazing job you would never know the work was done by two different companies 2 years apart. The house looked like one cohesive home. They gave us a fair price. The workers were courteous and professional. The roofing team and the siding team worked so hard. They started early and ended late to get the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to family, friends, acquaintances and strangers. I feel that confident in their ability. We had 3 needs: Gutters, Bulkhead, and Large Kitchen slider door replacement. Reliable performed as advertised! We were not disappointed. The estimation process to scope the work was efficient. The coordinators in the back-office were highly effective and communicative in providing estimates as well as timeline updates. We were 100% satisfied with the gutters installation-and seamless(!); the Bulkhead install was such a professional job; and the large Anderson slider replacement was a major project but the install crew was all over it. Due to service supply delays these days, we knew the 3 deliverables would be on different timelines- Reliable worked with us to get the gutters and bulkhead done to meet a house-painting timeline, and then worked with us on getting the door installed before Christmas. Cannot say enough about the Reliable team from back-office to the actual professional installers- all highest marks for efficiency as well as execution. We made referrals to other neighbors as a result. Candidly, we were initially anxious about all 3 services addressed through 1 company- but we are fans. Will look to engage Reliable in future for the next roof!

My experience with Reliable was fantastic! They sent out a roofer to check out our situation who provided great insight and didn't try to sell or push anything (and in fact talked me out of an option based on his experience). The salesperson was not pushy at all, came out and took measurements, and submitted a bid for review which was lower than others received for the same job. After executing the contract, they informed me a day or two later that a dumpster would be arriving and the job would be done in the next 3-5 days. I was actually away when the work was performed, but from what I could tell they protected our plants and trees and the house very well, and cleanup was nearly spotless. The work itself is great. They replaced the roof, installed a ridge vent, and removed a failed exhaust fan (and some other vents), repairing the voids and you'd never know they were there. Professional from beginning to end. I highly recommend Reliable for roofing, and will consider them for future jobs in their other areas.
