Place two separate orders both to be installed the same day . Guy showed up with only one order. Then set up another tine to come . He called said he would be here in 7 minutes. No one 30 minutes later called him said he was almost there. Rang my bell. Thought it was the front door . No one there. Went to back door and he standing in my kitchen. Blinds hung . Not straight . Will never order from you again!!!!!

There are three parts to this review. The in-store experience, the product and the delivery. The in-store experience was good, with the representative having a good understanding of their product, translating our verbal desires into useful recommendations. The product was also good. The delivery experience was awful, bordering on reckless. At the end of the installation, the installer told me he was leaving every box and all the old curtains. I was shell shocked at that, as I would expect a full-service installation to not bring trash and leave it across half the house. What I could immediately tell was that there were curtain rods and curtains in the upstairs hallway, boxes across the floor in the living room and an additional curtain and rod on the family room couch. That was bad enough but the obvious incompetence was actually gross negligence. The next day, I discovered loose nails on the floor next to the couch, on my 4 year old daughter's nightstand and on my nightstand. Thankfully, noone was injured by Blind to Go's actions. I had a great experience from the beginning to the end. When I first went to the store Delilah Marie Choueiri was very helpful and pleasant while helping and explained everything to me. Armindo, who came to my house to do the measurements and then installation, was also excellent. He even noticed my habit of taking the shoes off before entering the house and he did the same when he came for the installation. Kudos Armindo! I am really happy with the products that I bought.

Hi Connie, yes we have multiple installers that are available for measuring your windows and installation. Please give us a call at the showroom for pricing and availability.
All customers and employees are required to wear face masks when in the showroom. We enforce social distancing and sanitize/wipe down heavy traffic areas/items such as computers, sample books and counters after each use. There is also hand sanitizer available throughout the showroom.

Hi Debbie, which type of track are you trying to take down? All brackets are different for different products and window treatments so we want to make sure we are explaining it correctly. Yes, the blinds and shades you buy from us are covered under a lifetime warranty so if there are ever any issues with the roller and/or it will not work properly we will repair it free of charge. Repairs take 2 - 3 days to be completed.
