I have never seen it on the menu; however, you may wish to call and see if the chef would be willing to feature it as a special on the day you plan to be there. I often order specials and inform the wait staff how much I hope to see certain dishes on the menu, upon its next revision/edition. I would certainly welcome papaya salad. Good luck!
