Often they get busy. I suggest an appointment to get in right away to try on dresses. Otherwise you might need to wait a little for a sales person to be free to help you.
I also agree. An appointment is the way to go. Even then, they do get so busy you sometimes have to wait a few mins for your appointment. Huge selections though. Good luck!
