Sam is the best! She made the whole experience wonderful and fun. She listened to what kind of styles I liked and what my ideas were and found a ton of beautiful dresses that aligned with that vision. When I found the one I wanted, she brought everything together with gorgeous accessories that just made the whole look complete. She picked out exactly what I wanted without me even telling her - it’s like she read my mind! She also worked hard to get me a good deal and help me save money, because she knew I was on a tight budget. She is so, sooo sweet, professional, fun and helpful!!! I am so happy that I went to David’s Bridal for my dress, it is just perfect, and the experience was even more enjoyable than I had anticipated. I’d recommend to anyone, 5/5 stars! All the staff I interacted with were kind and helpful, so I am sure you will have a good experience no matter who you go with, but I definitely do recommend Sam if she’s there! Love ya, girl! Unprofessional front of the house staff. Both times we’ve come we’ve spent a lot of money. Today was our alteration and upon showing up 15 minutes early no one wanted to greet us. They said we had to wait and didn’t even offer a place to hang our dresses so I had to lay them on the floor. My best friends wedding dress was a ton of money and we bought it here and this is how they treated us. Every time we go to pay it takes about 45 minutes because their system sucks. They didn’t measure us upon our first appointment to pick out dresses, leaving us to get the wrong size dresses and pay a ton of money for alterations. Our stylist was very nice, but she is not the only one who represents your business. Some training and a new system would go a long way. Will not be back to spend money here ever again.

GO SEE SAVANNA (alterations manager)!!! I had made an appointment to have a pre-owned to dress altered. The size on it was three sizes larger than I take so I assumed that there were going to be extensive alterations needed. I didn't have the back laced correctly to be able to try it on properly before going in. To my complete shock, once she had me in the dress properly we realized that the previous owner had already altered it and it just happened to be altered to my exact measurements. I immediately started apologizing for wasting her time and felt horrible, but she turned all of that around in a single moment for me by being genuinely happy for me, by sharing in my joy that the dress already fit, unbeknownst to me, and continued to allow me to truly enjoy my experience of my dress fitting without feeling like I was wasting anyone's time or that it was time to move on to somebody who was going to be spending money. Instead, she showed me how to bustle the back, give me recommendations on getting a dry cleaned, and took pictures to document my experience. If Savanna's boss is reading this, I want you to know that she completely embodies everything that I would imagine you would want to be the image of David's Bridal. She, and she alone, is the reason that I will 100% recommend this location and her specifically to anybody in need of their services. Savanna, if you are reading this I want to thank you so much for treating me with the same level of attention and interest and care that you would treat someone coming in to buy your most expensive dress and get the most complicated alterations and buy all of your most expensive accessories. Your actions speak volumes and you completely made my night. Thank you for letting my night be special when someone else in your position could have easily left me going home feeling bad. You are a gem and I hope that David's Bridal knows that.

My daughter and I came in last Thursday to look for my mother of the bride dress and we were fortunate enough to be able to work with Diane. Diane was wonderful! She is extremely professional but also made us feel so welcomed. She was attentive to our needs and was such a huge help while we were trying to decide between a few dresses. Often they get busy. I suggest an appointment to get in right away to try on dresses. Otherwise you might need to wait a little for a sales person to be free to help you.
I think they are doing everything by appointment at this time.
Masks for all patrons and staff, 3 people per party. They steam clean all dresses tried on and wipe down dressing rooms when done. Very safe in my opinion

They do online...I'm not sure about in stores, however it is very minimal. And, they are not so much pant suits as they are dressy pants with a dressy, flowy type shirt
That is usually only a sale at the end of the season to roll out the old styles and sell as many of them as they can to bring in the new styles.
Yeah you can go in and browse without an appointment but probably wont get an attendants full attention on the weekend.
