Walked in with a Broken piece of my bike in my hand, 10 minutes later walked out of the store with the exact part I needed. The cheapest I could find this part anywhere online was $32, but at this store it cost $30 (plus with military discount it was $25). The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable in their field of work. I was so happy with the customer service here and had such a smooth and easy experience that I had to let the world know how great this store is with this review lol. This is my permanent store now for any bike concerns And I highly recommend it to everyone.

Everything from the products to the customer service was exceptional. So many bike options that I believe anyone could walk in and find the perfect bike for them. I worked with a couple reps and both had extensive knowledge about the bikes and didn’t seem bothered to answer my dumb questions. They even found a bike for my son so he could come along when I took my Marlin for a test ride! 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent customer service. There are no aggressive sales tactics. Don explained to me in detail the different bikes suitable for me after carefully listening to my enquiring questions even though I clearly indicated that I was just browsing. We went back the following week and were attended to by another sweet girl.. forget her name. I did end up purchasing and ordering the bike Don originally recommended. I bought a hybrid bike since I needed one to cross-train for full marathons. The bike came 3 months later .. (amazing considering pandemic delivery issues..I was constantly updated about where in the delivery cycle my bike was.. ) and they fitted my bike with a stand and water bottle clip that I bought from the store. Sweet lady again was very patient with me. Explained how gears work and answered all my questions. Even though Trek has purchased this bike store, it still functions like a old fashioned independent bike store

This was my first time here and so happy this is where we landed to get a bike. We went somewhere else first and they seemed to have their own agenda and didn't hear me. Seth was FANTASTIC! He took the time to get to know me, my experience, and what my goals are with my bike purchase. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and had a personality! I got to learn so much about options that would meet my needs! Excited to pick up my hybrid tomorrow! Let the adventures begin!!!

No discount coupons but if the bike was purchased from goodale's there is a 10% discount on labor. But may not need a respoke. The best thing to do is bring it in for an evaluation. Just like a car no way to know until a mechanic looks at it.
