Does it cost money to reserve a pavilion

Yes there is a cost. I believe it was $45. You can find the info on Brooksville Parks & Recreation page. But by reserving one of them, you may have others that didn't, removed. They also have quite a few bench tables around the pavilion that are first come, first serve.

Not sure, you'd have to call parks and recreation. Theres not many people there so you may not even need to reserve one.
