Spending time with the family is always precious. The kids love this park! Get to interact with other kids. I do miss the antique look the playground had but it does look nice.

We arrived today a week after the ribbon cutting ceremony of the new equipment and park upgrades. The wooden park may be gone but the atmosphere and kids running around playing is still going strong.

The wood park in the photos is gone. There is, however another playground. Plenty of things for the kids to play on, a large covered pavilion with tables. AWESOME nature walk through some wooded areas, small lakes with fountains, turtles, small fish. Overall, a really nice place to spend some time.

This is an awesome place to take kids to play or to go exercise, walk or run that and it's a bit of nostalgia because I grew up playing here coming here on the weekends or during the summer and I couldn't tell you how many birthday parties that my family has had here just a nice place to enjoy nature and just play let your inner child out to play and just enjoy the youth because they are the future and at the end of the day it's family over everything

Hi yes you can have your child's birthday there
A family friend had pony's for her son's birthday and they didn't have any problems. Im sure mascot custumes would be allowed but call to verify. Great park for birthdays.
Yes, they have electric
Reserve it at the office behind the park
Not sure what the cost is, but you can call the city of Brooksville and they will tell you.

Didn't know that. Sorry
Yes there is a cost. I believe it was $45. You can find the info on Brooksville Parks & Recreation page. But by reserving one of them, you may have others that didn't, removed. They also have quite a few bench tables around the pavilion that are first come, first serve.
go on the hernando county parks and recreational page for the numbers
