Poppies (papaver, the perennial Oriental poppy) plants are sold at Russell's, though it's late now for them. In my garden I have the annual California poppy, which has reliably and vigorously self sown for years. Started originally from seed, coming into bloom now (Boston) and will flower for at least a month.
Russell's does sell poppies although, as has been said, it is getting late to find them. Please call our Perennials dept. staff at 508-358-2283 ext. 402 to get details on what we currently have in stock. Thank you for your inquiry!
