I received my order of a Hamilton Beach microwave yesterday I knew it was broken as soon as I picked it up .Glass in the door was broken. Can I return with free returns?

Yes , I personally would write down my information, purchase order or confirmation # and show it to customer service at the return counter. In all circumstances I've never had a problem returning nor exchanging. I would sign a paper to show I'm receiving a new item and be on my way with either my product or my full refund. Yes. Just take it with the box along with the card you paid with and they will gladly refund the price you paid. If you have the order confirmation in your email on your phone, that would just be a bonus ... but it's not required.
