The best. Dave and the other employees are first rate. Easy to work with and gracious. We recommend them over most any automotive rental agencies. It is very good that your agents are empowered to make decisions on their own without seeking protracted answers from upper level managers.

I've been renting from Enterprise for 15 years without a problem until now. I am conflicted by my recent experience. When I rent, I sometimes drop my rental off at a different Enterprise location without a problem. Recently, I rented from the Bangor, Maine location, booked my rental by phone. It was supposed to be a one-way trip (6 hours). I checked the rental agreement for the returned time a couple of days before returning the car. I noticed the return location said Bangor, Maine. So, I called the Maine location. The assistant manager I spoke to told me, sorry; you have to bring it back to Maine. I explained the situation, and she said that I had requested to drop it off at my destination. She told me I would pay a fee, which was not a small fee if I drop the car at a different location. The situation was perplexing. I dropped by the place where I usually rent. The assistant manager there, Jason Lofaro, tried to help, but he couldn't do much on his end. However, he helped me understand that they had waived the charges for drop-off at a different location in the past since it was not for personal use. I appreciated his explanation. On Friday, April 23rd, around 2:00 p.m., I tried to call the Bangor location, but the call went to a call center. I ended up speaking to someone for almost an hour without a resolution. We went around in circles. She finally connected me to a "mediator or resolution specialist" who has no business mitigating. She was offensive, scolded me, and insinuated that I was trying to get something for free. I could not believe what I was hearing. She said I shouldn't expect to get something for free. When I rented the car, I put down a $300 deposit. I was trying to get back my deposit. All said, I called the local Bangor number and spoke to another assistant manager, Lauren. She was as sweet and professional. I'm a very busy man. I took the time to post this message because it's necessary. It's not a reflection negative reflection on the company, but a reaction of my aversion and a commendation to Lauren and Jason for their professionalism. I don't remember Lauren's last name, but I hope she knows I appreciate her help.

Enterprise Car Rental is an Amazing place to rent vehicles!! The people that you come in contact with are the most pleasant & understanding. I can say that as long as this is the service that is provided, I have no need to go anywhere else to rent My vehicles from!! 😊

Yes they do, 2 weeks ago I took one to Union station in D.C.
My insurance company will pay up to$50.00 a day is that enough? And will they come to Ludlow?
You get unlimited mileage when you rent a vehicle,you just have to pay for the gas is all....
Interesting. I am not sure. But...using a credit card is most important. And a licensed driver. As long as you have those two in place...its possible.
