Been here two times, once to check it out just after they opened while on my lunch break and the second time because their website showed they had a part in stock. During my first trip, I didn’t like being watched while walking down their aisles just looking at what they had to offer. I was asked if I needed help shortly after walking in and I replied I’m just stopping in to see the store, and I was still watched the entire time I walked through the store.. I could feel the eyes on me. I was genuinely just seeing what they had to offer aside from rc cars. When I went there the second time to get the part they had in stock the young guy at the counter asked me to look up the part number for him, which isn’t my job as a customer. Your store got a small purchase from me and that’s probably it, I’ll go down the road to peoples plaza where the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, even though it’s out of my way.

I don't know if I can truly say thank you enough to the whole crew at hobby town It is very rare that you can walk into a business and feel like family and not a number and you absolutely do that You have truly brought back the fun in building RC cars again I'm the love of the hobbyNot only will you always have my loyalty to you in your store but you also have my friendship thank you for everything you do your friend always Ben.

I've never once had a bad experience with these stores. The staff is very informative and gives you inspiration for anything you'd want to create or build. They are great people to talk to as well. I for one, am a happy customer 👍.
