Got a Kenwood screen installed a few weeks ago, and it was working great. Started randomly having issues yesterday and brought it in this morning to have it fixed; Tom was extremely amicable and helpful and was able to have it fixed in just a few moments. Outstanding customer care and service, they have earned a lifelong customer!

These guys are truly the best , another off the charts complete stereo install, everything I asked for and more , Tom worked hard to find a hard to get specific requested head unit and Jeff worked hard to make everything on an after market head unit work on a 2022 ford when the other experts said it couldn’t be done they did it , if I could I’d give a 10 stars , thanks Tom and Jeff very much appreciated your attention to the details.

Purchased some "in stock" batteries for a large sound system using their website. Over a month later I decided to see what the holdup was. Never got a confirmation email, had to check credit card statement to see if it went through. Found a screenshot of the order I thankfully, checked tracking and order was still processing. Sent them an email asking for an ETA, few weeks went by and nothing. So this is where I filed a credit card dispute. It has been over a month of my bank trying to contact them, and they haven't even responded to them. Not sure how long the bank will wait before ruling in my favor. Haven't tried calling, never been to the store. Can't say how they are in person, but I wouldn't recommend buying from their website.

Prices are insane, they just look to throw anything Gun your car just to make a dollar. I will tell you, do your homework on these guys. They aren’t any good. I would spend another penny in this establishment. Complete waste of money.

They can send most amps out to the manufacturer and get them repaired
My compustar key fab just went blank and I tried recharging it. It's fully charged but still nothing on the screen. Help
Best to check in the store. They can work on a bargain between the two. The may be some difference with both items
You can buy anything available without an appointment and if it's not there when you walk in they will order it for you... Installation however needs an appointment...
