What could've been a 10 minute appt. Turned into almost 35 min because of a computer system that wasn't working properly. The girl was as polite and friendly as she could be but she was aggravated the system was giving her error messages when there shouldn't have been any.

Not too crowded at first but more people coming in without appointments. Ladies were nice considering there's was an irate person saying she was yelling when she was not.

Have always had a great experience here. Enjoyed seeing young employees. Very pleased with the efficiency of the office, knowledge level, and friendliness. They have a chance to make someone's day a little nicer...glad most take the chance to do so.
This form has to go to Montpelier for processing. As for should you do it or give to your new employer - you will want to ask them what they want you to do.
May I come into you office tomorrow morning at say 10:00 and get a replacement license -- i have lost my VT driver's license -- without an appointment?

I paid off the lease on my vehicle and purchased the car. My registration renewal just came in the mail under the lessor name. I have not received the title yet. Can I still drive the car without a registration in hand?

Yes! Just carry your receipt from paying off the lease and purchase papers. Call dmv and explain and you can go from there to the next step
I bought a new truck and then refinanced it at a better rate! My question is the title was sent to me and i need to have the new bank added as the Lien, how do i do that and what is the cost?

Generally the new bank will want to process this, you should verify with them if they want the title to submit to us or if they want you to process.

A person I help care for had her handicap
plaque stolen from the inside of her vehicle.
What is the process for her to obtain another one? Can she apply for a replacement or does she need to start the process all over again?

Call DMV let them know it was stolen. They will have you do the stolen paperwork, maybe over the phone. Then you can start the process of getting the new handicap plaque back to you.

Yes u can you just have to make an appointment. You can not just show unfortunately. So just call them up and schedule an appointment and you'll be good
My license was set to expire in April of this year and I was told I needed a Real ID and could not just renew it online again. How do I renew it without having to go all the way to Rutland from the very bottom of the state?

You can renew by mail. If you do not have Real ID and want to upgrade, you need to make an appointment and go to to the office. mydmv.vermont.gov
My VT drivers license expired this past July. I did not get renewal by mail. I am near Rutland. My picture is 4+ years old. Do I need to make an appointment to be there in person?

Expired July of this year? If yes, you can renew online. You are not required to get a new picture this year. If you want to renew in person, yes you need to make an appointment. http://mydmv.vermont.gov
I think that you should not say call to set up a appointment if you cant call. That is the only reason I had to do it online and I can get packages in the time period it said. If I dont get it soon I will go there!
