Actually you can purchase a EZ Pass in most any Eastern State. If you travel I suggest purchasing one in the state you travel thru the most, every state has discounts for there tolls. NY is a favorite because they have alot of tolls.
You can't buy an EZ Pass at walmart but you can get travel discounts if you contact me.
I got mine online at EZ Pass NH...you can't buy them at Wal-Mart.
You can get them in every state that uses them.
You have to go through NH.
I believe you can also go on line at e-zpass nh.
No...you have to go to either the concord, portsmouth or Nashua walk in service centers. I'm not sure if you're able to buy them at the toll booths.
