I was very impressed with the service I received from Scott. General Auto Salvage was one of two salvage yards in New England (I believe) that had the part I needed. Within two hours of our phone conversation, Scott had taken the part off the car and called me to confirm it was available. I had planned to drive from Manchester (about an hour’s travel time) to pick it up but with COVID-19 and life in general, things are ever changing. When I realized I wouldn’t be able to get there today (Monday) as agreed, I called Scott and he was more than happy to ship the part to me. I spoke to him at 1:40 on Monday afternoon and he said he’d be able to ship my part THIS afternoon! Thank you, Scott! I will gladly recommend General Auto Salvage to anyone who’ll listen. 👍🏻
