My 6 year old went on it, no requirements. He can swim but didn't have to take or pass any kind of test. It is 4ft deep that the slide empties into but he's able to stand with head above water easily.

You have to be able to swim. No height requirements as far as I know. I have chaperoned a summer camp group and as young as kindergarten/first graders went on it, but as the slide dumps you into 4ft deep pool, they had to pass the swimming test. The swimming test has the kids swim from one side of the pool to the other, without touching the sides, in 11ft deep water. There are lifeguards in the water and on the pool deck for the swimming test for the kids safety.

I don't know, but you could probably get the information either calling or looking on the website.
