Went to the New Port Richey store and met Paula and she went to work for us trying to locate the product we wanted. Our install by Ken Siekiera was over the top perfect. We would use both of these individuals again without hesitation

We could not have asked for better service. They back their products and are always very helpful. We had flooring installed and the installers did a terrible job and did not fix the problems, just took off with our money. I spoke with Ethan and he arranged for another installer to come fix the mess that the original installer left at no cost to us. Our floor now looks perfect. Very professional we will definitely use this store again.
