Tampa Bay Grand Prix has a child waiver to be signed and the child has to be at least 48" in hight
6 years old and 48” tall for junior kart and 56” for adult kart
I believe 8 years old they have smaller go carts and special race times for younger kids
The smaller children will have to ride with an adult. Call the go cart track for age limits. I Don't remember any age limits.
The carts are split into two types. You will not be able to take children under the size limit. The larger, more common carts are for adults and older teens only. there is a height chart they will make you use before they sign you in. My 17 year old drives with my wife and I. We had one of my younger sons friend who is quite small for 12 and he barely made the cutoff for the height. I actually thought that he wouldn't be allowed to ride at all. If you have any doubts, call first. They are very helpful.
You don't want younger kids on the big carts for safety reasons. I have seen people hurt. They have smaller carts for younger ones.
True. You may have to call them and ask for details about it.
Not sure on age, but 48 in for the adult carts. They do have smaller carts for younger kids, but do not know specifics
