Does this place even care about animals we brought our cat in because she is starting to loss patches of her hair and we where worried. The people at the front desk didnt even care to look at her she was really rude to us as well! They don't Care!

They are normally great so I'm surprised to hear about your experience. I wonder if the receptionist might not be qualified to examine animals? I would ask to talk with the office manager and give them the opportunity to explain. Please remember that your emergency is not necessarily their emergency.
