WORST VET IV EVER BEEN TO they told me I aruge do with them bc I asked a question I was very polite and they told me to find another vet and it’s not there problem if you care about if the vet cares about you or your pet NEVER use them 👎

Our family has brought our animals here since 1980, when it was Dr. Rockwood’s practice. The last 5+ years we have been unhappy with the services. Today I called about my 12y/o shepherd having open wounds and an obvious infection tracking up his from leg, and they tell me 2-3 weeks before they can see him, and curbside at that! Last time they wouldn’t refill a script without a $147 blood panel being taken for the third time! If this is how decades of loyalty is reciprocated, goodbye! Shameful!

OMG...not sure why this place currently has 4.2 stars! We took our 1 year old lab in for neutering and were very impressed with the entire process. Everyone that I spoke with over the phone with any questions were very thorough and informative. I actually just received a follow up call to check on our boy to make sure everything was AOK. Unfortunately due to covid your unable to go inside but they have an area with a covered roof where you bring you pet for pick up. The whole process was smooth and our dog came out wagging his tail. One other thing to mention...several years ago our older lab got hit by a porcupine and had over 100 quills stuck in his face. At the time we didn't have a vet in the area and called Falls Road desperate to find someone to take care of our boy. I had been turned down by several other vets or had to wait hours for an appointment. These guys told us to come in immediately and took care of our older lab. Forever grateful that they were able to get him in ASAP...couldn't imagine having to wait hours with our dog in agony. Thank you to all the staff and Vets at Falls Road Vet Clinic.

They are normally great so I'm surprised to hear about your experience. I wonder if the receptionist might not be qualified to examine animals? I would ask to talk with the office manager and give them the opportunity to explain. Please remember that your emergency is not necessarily their emergency.
The owners are two of the vets on staff. I would like to say that contacting them, and sharing your experience would be an appropriate response given how the customer is/was treated. However, be prepared for fallout, and very possibly being forced to leave and finding services elsewhere. To be honest, you'd be better off, and your pet would receive proper treatment.
Open Saturday limited hours but not sure about the cost for end of life services.
