Everything depends on your goals and where you're at right now. Big goals may require big changes. But if you already eat healthy now, then the diet portion won't be a problem. For me, it was not what I ate, but how much that needed to be adjusted. I have to gain weight so I just eat a lot more. Same food though since I already ate healthy.
Depends on your goals, the trainers have a really good idea of the macros to help you reach your goal
Hi Alex, We don’t have one dogmatic approach to how we help our personal training clients with their diets because everyone of us requires different things from our nutritional approach. Some clients respond best to a “ten rules of eating” approach and nothing more, whereas other clients absolutely love daily check in’s with their personal trainer on the food tracking app Myfitnesspal. It really always is about finding what is most applicable and suitable for the individual. Diet advice is usually a relatively simple matter and the enormous challenge for most people is finding the diet that you can follow. When you see the thousands of results that we have produced for our clients we think you’ll see that this approach, which eschews gimmicks and marketing tricks, and is always a bit more work at first because of the level of communication and feedback that is required. Hope that helps!
