Perfect gym! The facility has all of the free weights, machines, and power lift areas one would need. For anyone interested in weight training, personal training sessions, or classes this gym is perfect. The facility is also very clean and isn't as packed as other gyms in the area. The price is hard to beat.

I just have my first experience with Training Loft today. The staff was very professionial and inviting. I was very impressed with how accomodating they were to me but how they used corrective exercise strategies to help other clients as well! If you are in the LA area and you want to work with the best The Training Loft is the place!

My first experience with personal training was at the loft and I love it. During my first session, Wayne went over the results of my body composition analysis which was helpful in educating me on where my areas of focus should be as I move forward with my fitness goals. Wayne was really kind and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The 30 minute one on one sessions are super effective and have definitely kicked my ass! Thanks to the instructors, in every session I'm able to accomplish more than I ever knew I could. I was a newbie to a lot of the exercises and they did such a great job of teaching me proper form while still pushing me to my limits (maybe even a little past that)! The friendly staff and clean space make me feel comfortable during my workouts. I'm looking forward to future sessions with them!

This is such a wonderfully driven location, that makes me feel like a wonder woman, while also being in a very safe environment. This team knows their stuff. As a client of Training Loft you receive one month of nutrition planning consisting of 2 consultations, a full meal plan and grocery list prepared uniquely for you by our in-house nutritionist. The nutrition plan is set for every meal, every day for 30 days and you may continue with this plan thereafter. Additional services are available after the first month.
We offer a complimentary studio tour which may be booked directly on our site. To experience our training program, we have an introductory Evaluation Program consisting of a full Inbody consultation and three personal training sessions for $149.
Absolutely. Combining a 30 minute hyper-tailored workout program and nutrition plan will produce any result you are looking to achieve. You can build strength and shed body fat. When it comes to strength training, 30 minutes is the perfect amount of time to effectively work all the big muscle groups; legs,chest and back, producing an incredible amount of grown hormone while minimizing stress on the body resulting in exponential release of cortisol into your system
A Typical Workout consists of approximately 4-6 exercises focusing specifically on a unique body part like lower body, using super sets, drop sets, giant sets to maximize the 30 minute session. Each workout is monitored closely by your coach who will instruct, inform, educate and motivate you while focusing on correct technique, form and breathing.
Training Loft clients are clients of the studio. As a client, you can certainly choose any coach you enjoy working with. Our coaches have set days and hours during which they are available. You can conveniently book into any available slot using our app. All coaches record every workout on your training program card, following your custom program precisely. This allows you to train with any trainer you like. They will always know exactly what prescribed program you are following and your exact performance at every session.
Within three to six months, most individuals can see a 25% to 100% improvement in body fat loss and muscular fitness, provided a tailored resistance program is followed carefully combined with the right nutrition plan. Most early gains in strength are the result of the neuromuscular connections learning how to produce correct movement.
We have metered street parking (free before 8am) or free parking on our cross street, Pointsettia. Always read the signs and check for street sweeping days and permit requirements when parking in residential neighborhoods.
