No. Nor can you rent a wheel chair or stroller. Scooters are allowed but you would have to bring it with you.
there is a place across the street to rent scooters and use them while you are here
Definitely would have done that if it was a thing. There's plenty to see and do shop and eat but it's really not that big of an area.
