No they don't. I saw some at the I see on TV stores

No the island does not have electric power chairs, Dollywood does I think they are $14.99 for the day

I don't remember seeing any. Their is a small parking lot near the main entrance

I did not see any while I was there. There is a lot of travel just to get from parking to the island

I didn't see any rental shops for scooters on the Island itself but there are rental shops in other areas in Pigeon Forge.
