Yes they do have rocking chairs around the dancing water pond. They are spaced for social distancing and are cleaned by staff on a schedule. If you plan to go soon and it is sunny try to find some of the chairs in the shade.

It was crowded over the weekend, Im sure during the week isn't so bad , mask must be worn in all stores unless your 12 and under , had nice weather but a little hot for me
