Sunset / from the skycoster
I went about two hours before sunset which gave time to park, shop, and get a good seat around the fountain to watch when the fountain show started.
We went during the day and night , both are good times to go. The best time to view the fountain shows are at night in my opinion because the lights look better at night.
There is a fountain show every 30 minutes from 10 am to 11:30 pm. In between the shows, the fountains shoot up and down over and over. The lights are beautiful at night, but anytime of the day is a great time to visit the island.
