Drone flying is prohibited. For sure. There are signs on adjacent trails. I wouldn't risk it. There probably isn't a sign at pelican cove itself but all the trails adjacent I have seen them. I have seen lots of drove footage though
I did not see anyone flying a drone on three times I was there; nor see any signs prohibit flying drone. It would be nice to see the view from the birdeye view.
