I find it hard to believe that all these people got their results within a day. Im going on 3 days tomorrow waiting for my results. Is there anyone I can contact for this?

I went on Wednesday January 5 and today is 10 and I still do not have my COVID results I am desperate because I need them for my work I already called them and they do not answer me

Just go there and be sure you have your confirmation number. They've been having problems sending results to emails
