Are u applying for the unemployment insurance? If so, you can only make a phone call or doing online
Can't even get through their tel. Line, a recording answer comes right away saying, we've reached the maximum number of calls, please call again later. I did early at 8:00 am when they just open, again at 10am, then again at 2 and finally before they close at 4pm.. no avail. Very frustrating!
