I have seen a similar thing recently where someone picked up a boxed cake from the concierge. Call ahead and ask, I can't imagine that not being accommodated at a Marriott.
I don't know their policy for a fact, but they are so accommodating that I can't imagine them not being willing to. Especially if it doesn't need to be refrigerated. It might be quickest to talk to the staff in the little shop next to the check-in counter.
