Do anyone rent out their units?

I doubt it. It is a 55 year old or older park. The only loophole that I know of is why I'm here, which is that a doctor needs to write a note that the property owner needs in house help to remember to take a prescription, help lifting house hold objects and etc. So I'm able to rent a room from my aunt. But if I ever notice a unit for rent rather than for sale, like I normally see, then I will update this post.
