We live in this complex. There are several units for sale. The cheapest is about $160,000 but I don't know the exact size. I think it's about 1200sq.ft. and is a two bedroom, I think.

Hi Colony Cove is 55 senior mobil homes. Not sure it their are rentals but by all means check. It's very quiet clean people did have pets. I was visiting a client there. But definitely a lovely place to live.

It depends on which home and its location in the park. My sister purchased a dbl wide and she pays $500. Utilities may or may not be included. Its a very nice park. Keep in mind its a SENIOR ONLY PARK. Hope this helps

Yes! You can also have your own washer/dryer in your home. But there is a laundry room next to the office and pool

I doubt it. It is a 55 year old or older park. The only loophole that I know of is why I'm here, which is that a doctor needs to write a note that the property owner needs in house help to remember to take a prescription, help lifting house hold objects and etc. So I'm able to rent a room from my aunt. But if I ever notice a unit for rent rather than for sale, like I normally see, then I will update this post.
