9 am - 9 PM, gates open at 8:30 am. Disneyland is open until 11pm.
Though it does depend on the season. California adventure tends to close before Disneyland. Summertime I think it closes 10pm and Disneyland closes 12am. But again it is subject to change. Normally when you go at the front gates you can receive the daily schedule for each park telling you when Disneyland and California adventure closes. Opening I believe both parks open 9am.
