No, people are not as considerate as they used to be when I was a child.
It is ok. I dont see any reason why not. I saw many people in flip flops. However, i would not recommend it. Going to Disneyland means walking a lot. Feet get dirty and wet which may be specially bothersone for someone depending on the person. I also saw motorized chairs for transportation. I assume they are rented. I recommend confortable breathable walking tennis shoes. It will prevent slips (floor may be wet), easier to walk for longer periods of time and generally safer.
