The missions program isn't geared towards housing... Or independent living or even towards your success in actually finishing it. It's geared towards servitude and expected appreciation for their help for you instead of what you can do to better yourself and not have to use the revolving door like the building actually has to make sure you don't get stuck repeating your mistakes
